What is this flintlock?

Can anyone identify this rifle?

Forgot to mention, it has a rifled bore.
And has Liege proof marks.

These rifles are clearly equipped with French – or French inspired – cocks. The first is supposedly reconverted from percussion to flintlock.

My guess is that these rifles are based on surplus firearms that were sold to Belgium in the late 1800s and sold to natives. This can explain why some of them are reconverted to flintlock. But as a I mentioned, that's just my theory.
